• In today's business world, data is a valuable asset. I choose this project because it provides a wider knowledge on how to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions. This skill is crucial for strategizing, optimizing operations, and achieving business objectives. Additionally, the project involved tackling complex, and real-world problems, thus, it sharpened my problem-solving abilities, which are invaluable in addressing business challenges and finding innovative solutions.

• Led a team in a business plan competition, where we developed a viable business concept. Business often involves working with numbers, whether it's managing finances, assessing investment opportunities, or analyzing market data. A data science project demonstrated our quantitative prowess.

• Conducted market research, financial projections, and presented our business plan to judges. The Data science project showcased our abilities to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and extract valuable insights. This skill is valuable in various business contexts, including market research, financial analysis, and decision-making.

• Given a chance to do this project again, I will try and identifying all the mitigating risks that are fundamental in business. I will do a risk assessment by analyzing historical data and predicting potential risks. Ideally, business majors can apply these skills to minimize business risks effectively.
